Podcast & program visuals
Every new episode series needs consistent cover art. Every cohort launch — AI-Superpowered Manager, Team Playbook Builder — needs visuals for the sales page, email headers, and social promotion. Podcast+ membership needs branded materials for the community. We handle all of this on a monthly basis, delivered mid-week on a predictable schedule, by the same person who built your brand system.
The Modern Team — B2B
Sales collateral & workshop materials
Every new microworkshop topic needs a slide template. Every new B2B pitch needs materials that reflect the current brand. Case studies from successful Team Playbook Builder engagements need to be designed and kept current. As The Modern Team grows its vertical focus, the collateral needs to grow with it — without starting from scratch each time.
MamieKS — Personal Hub
Speaking kit & personal brand
Speaking engagements, podcast guesting, and the book create a recurring need for updated one-sheets, event graphics, and promotional materials. These need to reflect the MamieKS brand while routing audiences toward the right business at the right time.
How the partnership works
One partner, three brands, consistent output
Ongoing support is scoped to what you actually need — one brand or all three. Work is delivered in Figma, exported in the formats you need, on a weekly rhythm. Billing is quarterly, paid in advance. We'll propose a specific structure after Phase 1, once we understand your real monthly volume.
This is the model we have with NUE Energy — three years, three brand directions, one creative partner. They don't manage multiple vendors or brief a new designer every time. We know the brand, we know the standards, and we move fast because there's no ramp-up. We'll discuss what this looks like for you after Phase 1 is complete.

Figma — our tool
All brand identity work and ongoing assets are built in Figma. Source files are delivered in order at the end of the project. Exports: PDF, PPTX, PNG, SVG — whatever the asset requires.

Copy is yours
Messaging and copy are owned and provided by your team. For decks and structured materials, we shape and edit for composition and layout using AI tools — so every word fits the design, not the other way around.

Wednesdays & Thursdays
Retainer deliverables are batched and delivered mid-week. This keeps your team on a predictable rhythm and gives enough buffer for revisions before the weekend.
